That first 12 months anniversary is such a big milestone! After we have taken one step at a time for so long, it's so good to realise that we have reached a 'new normal' and can plan ahead again without so many appointments. Hope you are treating yourselves to something especially nice to celebrate! Here's to the next 12 months! xxx Michelle
