Great weather, NOT...
Well, arrived here safely and was greeted by nasty wet cold weather. Kind of appropriate, suits my mood.
Spent time with my dad last night, he isn't there anymore, just seems like a shell on a bed....

Once you have been through a life threatening experience ie bc you really do look at things differently. Take care. Don't be too hard on your family - if they don't know the real meaning of life you can't teach them- they will have to experience it themself. Take care of yourself and love your dad for as long as you can. My dad passed away nearly 15 years ago and I still have him close to me and call on him for strength. It was funny the night before this chemo, both my mum and dad came to me in my dreams and said that all was going to be fine. (My mum only passed 10 months ago) so I am pleased to dream that they are both re-united. Thinking of you and so glad that you are staying in contact online - we do care. XLeonie
