I only have one breast and clothes like to pull to one side. I buy a bigger looser fit and mostly for going out I have button down the front and usually a pocket. The pocket sort of masks the missing breast. Mind you I have worn just a tank top with no bra down the beach and not one person has ever noticed my missing breast.
