Great to read something funny on this site, and yes it is strange trying to look through other people's eyes.
The same thing happened to me a couple of years ago when my son(22 at the time) was having his wisdom tooth taken out. As the doctor was taking him into surgery he handed me his wallet and watch saying "Mum can you take these". You should have seen the look on the doctor's face. He turned around with such shock saying "Mum????, OMG I thought she was your girlfriend"... :-)) So he either thought my son was much older or I was younger. I did hope that it was the latter. Either way, it made me feel great.....Now my son refuses to be with me in these situations... lol!!
