Thank you, thank you, thankyou. Congratulations on reaching the 5 years milestone with your head held high. You deserve more than a certificate! I think I really needed that post. Life does still go on around us.
I'm still having treatment, currently radiotherapy, after surgeries and chemo. Trying to cope with no hair, no boob & ovaries under stress with the hot flushes but I'm trying to convince myself it's a necessary evil. Hormone treatment of some type is starting next month and I'll have a reconstruction later down the track too. I'm not sure what I'd answer to the question about the 'best part', I think for me it's been the bringing together of so many friends into my life who have come together in support of me through this.
