Good on you for having such an awesome attitude to this. Lucky you had considered what you would do prior to your diagnosis given your family history - that must have made deciding a little easier. I too welcome you to the "club" and as said before - YOU are the priority so give it to yourself at the moment. Let yourself feel whatever comes your way. I wish you the best for your surgery and recovery.
