Hi Anne-Marie, Nambucca Heads sounds so beautiful and a wonderful place to holiday in. So sorry that you are experiencing pain. Once upon a time I worked as a medical secretary for a couple of gastro-enterologists and a standard treatment for ulcers is zantac tablets. Not sure if they interfere with other medications but thought I would let you know cause its a pretty simple treatment which controls the bacteria which cause the ulcer.
