So good to hear you god back in to yoga after some time off - it is amazing the number of women that swear by it as a good, grounding form of exercise. Focusing on your posture and breathing is a form of meditation also - so brilliant for the mind. Interesting what motivates us, I wonder how many others read the same article and started attending a regular yoga session. Knowledge is power hey!
