Dizzy turns - BC Trip Negative diagnosed July 2019
Hi ladies! I thought I’d reach out & ask if anyone is going through same thing as me! As I don’t feel I’m getting anywhere at the Doctors even though tests done, bloods, heart monitor & all come back...
Extreme dehydration can cause all those symptoms - the dizziness, vomiting, passing out .... it happened to me when I'd over-exerted myself freshwater fishing (in waders) & had not been drinking any water ...
I also went deathly pale and sweated profusely (which sounds weird, when you are dehydrated!)
It happened to me again last year after 5 hrs in the kayak .... My buddy got me a watered down bottle of Gatorade & it helped me recover in an hour or 2 - back fishing again! ;)
