www.fos.org.au I think that this sort of thing is very common,but wouldn't it be nice if they could be made aware of the difficulties that chemo patients face,and have people trained to deal with these particular things.It seems like ,for the most part,insurance companies set out to make everything so difficult,and it feels as though they are trying to trick you!I hope that you follow through on making some sort of complaint,as I feel a lot of people don't do anything,and of course,that is perfectly understandable,because once again,they don't have the energy or concentration needed!!!!!!!!!!Please let us know how you go,as I think lots of people would be in a similiar situation.CheersxoxRobyn
