Centrelink for the uninitiated!
Well, that was fun, 45 minutes waiting on hold on the phone to speak to someone about our 2 week old claim for my sickness benefits. Never claimed with centrelink before so it's all been rather daunt...
oh boy, thats one tough situation. As I type, hubby has been on the phone for the last hour while they try and work out exactly what they can do, AND it looks like my claim still hasnt been processed due to the family trust. Seriously, does it have to be this hard? We pay our taxes, we just want a break for a bit.
