So that's what it was? I saw one in the shopping centre yesterday and my heart started doing the flutter and my emotions started wavering. Luckily I had my family with me and one of my sons started chatting with me while I sat down about nothing in particular but it did pull my mind out of its spiral and I was ok. Forgot all about it then.
