@LucyE this is what ive said constantly also....self nurture is imperative and so key in the whole thing together with putting YOU first above everyone and everything. My priority for the 1st time in my life became ME and thats not selfish...what that did is inexplicable in my acknowledgement and healing of me. Hugs Melinda xo
