Any one claimed total and permanant disability through superannuation?

Hi sun, Yes the forms are overwhelming . I'm sorry you have secondary breast cancer . I have had a a pretty traumatic 3.5 years since I was diagnosed with tnbc. Endured all treatments ended up having masted tints and reconstruction which failed then had a lat dorsi which has given me grief for the past 15 months I've lost significant use of my right arm shoulder and in horrendous pain daily . Which no one has answers for except complex regional pain syndrome and nerve pain . My shoulder girdle is now malpositioned and my scapular isn't functioning properly . I've got no choice but to claim on tpd as I havnt been able to work since 2011 from side effects and then have the mastectomy and reco in 2012 which left me with severe wound complications . I was so looking forward to returning to my job but they recently terminated me due to incapacity .

I have been able to claim this as I have secondary breast cancer. My oncologist signed all the necessary forms. It was daunting to see on the forms that I was expected to ave a life expectancy f less than 12 months but here I am 14 months later. I know I will die from this crappy disease but we don't know when and it was a small consolation t get the insurance money and pay off the debts.
