hi ladies I've been very blessed to of had this support some days I post others I just watch and other days I pretend this is not happening ( yes denial can be a fine thing until we look in the mirro...
Thanks for sharing your story - very similar to mine.
I stopped Taxol in June after 9 treatments due to peripheral neuropathy. Now in November I still have some numbness in fingers and toes.
Radiation finished at the end of August and I still tire easily some days. I've started a gym program (3x week) to rebuild strength and bone density which has fallen. I'm giving away my caps, beanie and scarves.
One phase is over, and another is beginning.
I'm sure you draw great comfort from your lovely animals. You need all the comfort and nurturing your team can provide. Soak it in!
