Well after the chat about catching up at a "virtual party" I thought we may actually organize a real catch up !!Please let me know your thoughts as I'm more than happy to organize a get together. As I'm in Melbourne that's where it will be ,but would love to meet anyone else if they are visiting .Happy to catch up any time(May is out I'll be away ) , all suggestions welcome .Please let me know either on here or by message if you're interested :) Beth

Just letting you ladies know, my baby girl has landed at her destination, Pohnpei. She has two days to find an apartment as the motel is booked for Easter. Just as well she loves a challenge.

If this becomes a real thing and a weekend date in October could be decided, I'll bet that BCNA gets corporate hotel rates and we might be able to piggy back on them. Which can be a huge discount on retail. That, if its a possibility, could work for a bulk accommodation booking if everyone prepays. Just a thought, but metro is probably easier for pretty much everyone as travellers can use public transport which is not so available outside the city.Best not to start nagging them about that just yet, so please don't tag the mods asking them if we can do it. They do read everything anyway. Mxx

I am not fussed on either weekday or weekend.
My only requirement is that I would need a 3 week lead up as I will be using my WA Kimberley Pensioner Airfare from Broome to Perth.

Rules and regulations state that 21 day time frame is required.

Restrictive I know, but age pensioners living in the Kimberley receive 1 return airfare to Perth each year. Don't use it, you lose it.

I'm in. However depends on date, I'm 3-1/2 hour drive away. But would love to catch up. April is good and first half of May. Then doing grey nomad thing for three months. J

I would love to. Likewise May and June are out (medical appointment and second anniversary scan), July is out
( meeting @arpi in Darwin). August is good.

However I can rearrange and fit in with others.
