Here's what i'm thinking - having a function fairly soon that involves lunch and or dinner 
then
Another one much later in the year  ,maybe a weekend event that would allow 1. more time to plan the event 2. Allow the interstate ladies who would like to come to have plenty of time to organize themselves.
Thoughts ??
