Advice for aching wrists, joints
Hi 👋 I have been on Tamoxofin for just over a month and I’ve started experiencing really sore wrists to start and now pretty much all joints. It’s worse when I do body weight workouts, I feel like it...
My joint pain on Tamoxifen also settled down significantly after a few months. I hope yours does too! I did find that it was better if I kept moving.
