Hi @Jazzer, I am just about to have my 6th round and have not had any side effects on any dose, I was expecting some reaction on my first round but nothing. Hopefully will remain this way. Like @Glemmis I am on Letrozole, almost 3 years now, I have an infusion every 6 months and recent bone scan showed no diminishing in bone density from when I started.
