Zoladex Implant- painful?
Just wondering if anyone has experience with Zoladex? Does it hurt on insertuon? Ive been prescribed it following the egg retrieval process and doing my first chemo. Im doing my 2nd one this frida...

Had them when first diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer as the Tamoxifin didn't work for me any more. They don't hurt. Used ice packs for about 5-10mins before hand. Usually not a problem, plus don't need a second injection & it saves time & usually reduces any chance of bruising. I would get an ice pack when the staff where starting to get ready for me & by the time they were organised, drug checked etc, I was ready & had it either sitting or lying (nurse's preference) & then went home. I do tend to bleed a little, so always had a covering put over injection site. Didn't once & had stained undies :/
