Well I've had a dream run for the last four years and have passed the last three mammograms until now. On Friday I was asked to come back for a biopsy as microcalcifications have reappeared near the original lumpectomy. I'm trying not to worry, but I can feel the anxiety returning. I'm hoping it is just damage from the radiation. The biopsy and pathology results can't come soon enough.
Hi how crappy is that, we all live with the fear of it coming back. It is hard not to think the worse, try and stay positive. I have had 1 mamogram since being diagnosed and having my second in Feb next year, I try not to worry. Take a deep breath, let us know how you go xx
