I got out of hospital today was only in 2 nights.... so happy to b home.... drainage tube still in n nurses checkin on me everyday.... 

So happy u got a good result.

Juices definitely seem to be very helpful, it seems to be doing you good. The combination of vegies and fruit must have healing properties.

so today i went to my first appointment with an oncologist she wants me to totally recover from the surgery before we start chemo to avoid any infections......she was lovely and explained every little detail to me and answered all the questions in plain english to make sure i was at ease with her........i only have to have 4 cycles of the chemo and i may not have to have the radiation.......so by the sounds of it i was very lucky i went to the doctors when i did .......she also said my type of breast cancer is if your going to get it its the one to get she also said its 70% curable .......whopeeeeeeeeee........happy happy happy dance ....so for the next few weeks i'm going to get myself strong and give my body the best possible chance

I will keep those tips in mind.  I am well stocked up with packet soups, jellies, lolly pops, lemonade icy poles but of course I will try and eat healthy meals as well.  These measures are if I am sick and don't feel like eating.  My husband will make sure that I get healthy meals.  XLeonie
