Damn! Seems our experiences are very similar indeed Donna! Once you get over that information overload and the protective fog moves in, you get on with it.....the hardest thing for me was not to overthink things (still is)...one day at a time, an hour at a time if need be....I too have the mastectomy to discuss after chemo and it's such an overwhelming thought, i have shoved it to the back of my mind for now...I had a funny visual of all of us walking around with our big girl panties up over our heads and our boots laced so tight our legs were balloons! LOL! ;)
