Which specialist do I ask?
hi everyone, I'm new to this site and after reading a few discussions I thought I'd be brave... in in a nutshell; if you have questions about your prognosis or long term treatment, which oncologist...

Thanks everyone, I guess because I see the surgeons the most I'm never sure who to ask questions because they seem to only know their area. I'm seeing my gp today and I'll see if he has the bigger picture.
I spoke to to my chemo oncologist yesterday about my category for the income protection and she was reluctant to discuss it and said it would have to go through a secretary who could run it past legals... They said they were happy to do all the paperwork when it needs renewing though. I guess I'm just curious about my prognosis but until chemo is over and they do more testing its not really known.
