Well I am hoping too that you will be fine! sending wonderful vibes! You are susceptible the following weeks after infusion. Yes I too focused on that too, as I watched it through the drip I kept thinking its making me better, step at a time!!! The Steroids are to make chemotherapy more effective and to help reduce an allergic reaction to certain chemotherapy drugs. The only thing that helped me was Ativan and it helped me sleep too which was more effective to get me through that first week after infusion. xx
