Hi Kim, I didn't have the laser / ultrasound treatment but my physio did carry out dry needling (acupuncture) along my scar lines and despite my scepticism it actually worked immediately to soften the scar tissue. I would imagine the laser treatment would work the same way? You should be able to find a practitioner via the Australian Physiotherapist Assoc website, they have a find a physio function & you can see some of their specialties.
