Where do I start......
Step 1 - try not to panic!! Saw my breast surgeon today and mentioned the bowel trouble and that I had a CT scan yesterday, not reported on. She had a look at scan and didn't like what she saw.....ab...
I'm gobsmacked. Everything is surreal.
Surgeon a lovely man and said, I am really concerned....tumour in ascending colon and spread to omentem - so listed for a right hemicolectomy and omentectomy - before xmas!! Thats the plan unless oncology have another opinion tomorrow.....He said I'll have a terrible xmas thinking about it so will get it done. What a nightmare year and my thoughts are that this is aggressive. Did it come from my sentinel node??
Why didn't they do a petscan after I finished radiation-so many questions flying around my head.
I have a fight on my hands alright.
