When you have finished treatment and something is not right . Who do you see?

I have just finished treatment and recently had a 4 monthly check by my oncologist. Now I have slight problem with an area of my breast. Do I see gp, oncologist ,breast surgeon or radiation oncologist...

@Afraser thanks for that. My surgeon totally confused me as he stated I would see my oncologist one last time and then see him for ongoing checks. Saw the oncologist and gave me an appointment for several months ahead. Oh well will sort it out. I had cellulitis in the breast previously. I  have finished radiation 5 weeks ago and area of the breast  is soft and lumpy not right. Will get it checked out maybe by GP.
