When does chemo get easier?
Hi
I've had my first round of chemo Weds, pactiloxal and carboplatin with immunotherapy
Yesterday I felt tired but fine to do stuff, today I'm wrecked but my brain and body feels so restless. I've went for a walk which helped a bit but I feel so frustrated and restless but tired and uncomfortable
Sorry for the rant but like how did you all get through 15 more rounds of this and then surgery đ

- TriMemberHi @BeG itâs totally understandable and ok to have all those feelings- no need to be sorry for a rant đ»it can feel daunting.
I found out that my stamina would eventually return and I looked forward to that peak. I have had to adapt the expectations of myself and prioritise the treatment (my next one is treatment number 13).
I also found a physiotherapy oncology exercise program gave me focus and they ran âeducationâ sessions so we would have a more holistic understanding of what we are experiencing. Might be worth asking your oncologist to refer you.
