whats the diff between bony mets and post chemo side effects

i asked last time I was at the oncol and everything was fine bloods were all good too and the scans I had when first diagnosed were all clear too and no lymph node involvement. He said its just the osteo type symptoms and I dont ache all the time at all thankfully, and I dont take any post chemo meds as I was triple negative. Due for bloods again next week then see oncol on 22nd. Thanks for the feedback ladies. Margie :)
