whats the diff between bony mets and post chemo side effects

Prior to your chemo you probably had a CT scan and a bone density scan. If nothing was highlighted in the bones then it is unlikely to be metastasised only 7 months after chemo. It isn't easy to pick up in scans if its only in its infancy however if you are worried, ask for a blood test to check your white cell count as a high count rise may give an indication its something more than just osteo pains. I worry about the same sort of thing and I am one year post chemo.
