Were your fingernails sore before they fell off?
Mine are starting to deteriorate and are becoming sore at the corners of the nails. I'm wondering if this is an early sign that they might go. Week 7 of taxol.
Different chemo F but mine were all unbelievably sore, getting worse each round. They all lifted but none fell off. A nasty ridge for each infusion grew through afterwards. The early damage, marked by dirty brown crescents, has reached the top of my fingers and the nails are now splitting and breaking. I've had three toenails fall off. K xox
