About three weeks I had to wait for my op too. Its not so much you are sick its that you are able to do things for yourself when you get home. Funny little things like towelling off your back ( I needed a lighter towel) and reaching the toilet paper off to one side. One hurdle at a time, don't worry about the chemo bit yet. You will need time to heal. xxx
