Weekly Taxol & Blood Test

hi guys just need some info bout blood test before Taxol.  My oncologist said I will have one blood test for every 2 taxol infusion, so thats every second week but today the oncology nurse said I need a weekly blood test for every taxol infusion.  For those who had 12 taxol, did you get weekly blood test?  Just bit confused cause I only got one blood test recently for 2 infusions. Thanks

    I had weekly tests also. Grumbled about it but just went along for the ride.

    I had weekly blood test for my 12 treatments of Taxol.  They need to check white/red blood cell levels.  I couldn't have my third treatment as my white blood cell reading was too low.

    I did have a weekly blood test. As I had a lymphoedemic arm, I wasn't too keen, but my one arm veins struggled through OK.
