Website update on molecular tests

We have recently updated our pathology web page to include current information on available molecular testing options for women with breast cancer. 

In addition to the Oncotype DX test, there are two molecular tests - EndoPredict and Prosigna - which are currently available in Australia. These tests are able to predict the likelihood of a cancer recurrence in some women as well as predict their response to certain breast cancer treatments. Knowing this information can be helpful for women and their doctors when making treatment decisions about breast cancer, such as if hormone therapy or chemotherapy may be helpful.
