Hey Sue,
Im 1yr post chemo, and had neuropathy in my feet, still a little even now. I hadnt heard of the Vit B, however I was advised not to take any supplements whilst still in Chemo for many reasons. So once I finished, my Oncology Unit put me immediately on Vit D, With Vit C for absorption within 3 months levels were brilliant! I also take Magnesium which is the base that everyone should take as it services over 300 enzymes in the body and helps in regeneration. Neuropathy Ive found has just slowly gotten better, it hasnt bothered me really and Im only just rehabilitating exercise wise with an exercise physiologist which Id totally recommend post Chemo as I needed a Specialist to work with my muscles and get me mobile again. I used to suffer shocking pain in my feet walking. Hugs :) Melinda
