My Graves disease resurfaced for tbe 3rd around the time my breast cancer was diagnosed and i missed the swing because I was so bloody stressed and post surgery I attributed symptoms to that. I am on carbemazole and have remained on since treatment. My endocrinologist didn't want to do the radioactive iodine as we first decided if it returned as he felt my body had enough for now.
As to neutropenia...I doubt its related to Graves.
I guess all you can do is treat the symptoms of all...as potentially it could cause major health risks if not.
