Ultrasound and clip placement
Hi ladies, next friday i have a ultrasound booked to see how my tumor is responding to chemo and they tell me they are placing markers. What should i expect, is it like the core biopsy or different. A...
Hi Lmk74, i also had a clip put in recently, it wasn't painful as they give you local anaesthetic, i think it's the though that is scary.
All was done under an ultrasound..this is all new to me also.
I am almost finished my chemo of total 16 ( 4 ac + 12 weekly), the tumour of 4cm has shrunk immensely. .so i am delighted. ..waiting for the op and radiation afterwards .
Good luck with your treatment, and just think that it is to cure and make us better.
