Definitely no to probiotics as we are trying to avoid too much bactetia as our body has trouble keep the correct amounts in check. Same reason as avoiding real yoghurt and fresh soft cheeses.
Re the flu Vax. ..it's not a live vaccine but my oncology nurse wasn't sure about this either and I need to check with my oncologist also regarding this. I think it might need to be checked with him or the oncology nurse for sure.
