The picc line - is it a port inserted inside body? My port took a little while to settle down. It was attached to a muscle, wish they had told me sooner, so gentle movements for a while. (Couple of weeks) I always knew it was there (abut 9 mnths), but it was no bother. Probiotics, took them for all of chemo etc. Think new research recommends them, but as always check with onc (or nurse maybe since you forgot). I got no nausea probs, sickness, neutropia (excuse spelling) the whole time, 4 AC + 4 Dox/hercepton, always wondered if the probiotics helped with this.
