Strange day today, I had been coping fairly well since the diagnosis, had a little cry initially and then just got into the 'right, lets do this' mode. Then I got the My Journey Kit in the mail today...

Thanks Leila. It will be nice to have someone at a similar stage to talk to about what we are going through.
Ive started a private group chat on Facey as well to share with family and a couple of close friends. Im not sure if Im up to telling everyone yet though. Maybe sometime soon I will.
Im hoping to keep on working and my boss is being super supportive so Im really lucky I guess. His wife is even going to try and fill in for me on Chemo days and the day after. I would like to think that I can organise my Chemo for a Thursday cos that would give me the Friday and weekend to get over it... then hopefully be back at work on the Monday.
Its all just one step at a time :)
