Tendon help
It may be nothing but may help someone else so thought I’d share.Have had a painful tennis elbow for 5 months now.Have had physio , I did stretching exercises and used Voltaren gel etc but not really getting better.A friend said to try a cold pack which in desperation I have done past few days 3/4 times a day and believe it or not is so much better. A packet of frozen peas would do just as well.If you’re struggling with tendon problems why not give it a go - I thought it too simple to work I was wrong.
