Being tough is not always good, putting on a brave face is even harder. If someone offers help except it, even if it's food anything. People don't know what to do and I think if your actualy honest and say I'm having a bad day they appreciate your honesty. I told who I wanted to at work, I didn't want people to cry or feel sorry,I just told them check your boobies and it's surprising how many did.for me my girls were the hardest. The bcna cd was great my husband apparently listened to it in the car. We've all been there and it ain't east. Big hug to you adean
