Taxol 7, Herceptin 2

Taxol 7 today, arrived at oncology unit at 2pm. Unusually busy for this time of the day, got told by one of the nurses 4 reactions! Finally go in, escorted by a new agency nurse never set eyes on before. Wait an hour for pre-meds and start Taxol at 3.55pm. Starting to feel teary by this stage as I was quite tired. Same agency nurse was getting instructed by one of the other nurses how to hook up Taxol. Then for no real reason I burst into tears. Nurses and Oncologist thought I was having a reaction too! No I sobbed just over it and don't want to be here today. Finally I get out of there just after 5pm then it's an hour's drive to pick up kids and home. Very long day. Still teary. Need to go to to bed I think.
