  • I was like thst too. Started out with regular panadol osteo then by course 6 needed tramadol. Bizarrely all pain stopped for the last 2 doses. Just weird. You'll  get there. Kath x
  • Hi Tina, the Taxol can have some nasty side effects. I started magnesium & regular Panadol for the bone & joint pain but progressed to heavy pain killers till after Taxol finished. You don't need to endure the pain on top of everything else, it stops you sleeping properly, no wonder we end up in tears. Ask your Doc for something to help you through this short period of time. Doc had me come in for IV fluids when I couldn't drink and that helped a lot too. You will make it through this time, just ask for the help you need. Sending you a great big hug, Tracey xx
  • Sorry to read you are having a bad time.  Be gentle with yourself and rest rest rest.....your oncologist maybe able to change the amount you are having. We are all so different. I got thru that ok but now I'm finished I'm having a few problems. Have a damn good cry when you feel like it, honestly it helps. I hope the next treatment goes easier on your beautiful body. We are all here for you.
