Hi Karen,
Nice to see you back here. It is fantastic that your period came back...mine never did, mind you I was 47 and had all the babies I needed. I really hope your dream to become a Mum comes true for you one day. Having a period is definitely a step in the right direction. Good for you getting into the garden and I am in awe of the fact you are going sky diving. I can't help with the tamoxifen issues as my cancer was triple negative.
