It sounds like you are doing really well. I've started my countdown from Tamoxifen as I was reading your post ... 4 and a half years to go .. woohoo!!
Have fun when you go skydiving. I went years ago and loved it. Don't worry, you wont be thinking of your feet when you jump. My first thought on exiting the plane was "what am I doing? I want to get back in!!" But of course it was too late, the plane was miles away by then. Its funny because up until that moment I hadn't been nervous at all. I eventually loved it after the parachute opened and I could breathe again. You will have a ball.
