Surgery

Hi Today I have my lumpectomy - after alot of testing this is my first step forward. I have mapping at 9am and then the op is booked for 1pm. I am nervous but will be happy tomorrow when my lump is gone. That is my first step. Then I will find out in coming weeks what therapy I will need after. Radiotherapy is definite - but perhaps chemo as well. I know I have tough times ahead but it does help reading everyones blogs and the encouragement that you all give. will let you know how it goes when I am back home.
