You will see a difference...healthy eating & exercise is proven to work, & it is too easy for bad habits to set in & that's why we all have to be strong & keep those bad habits in check.....Some people find it easy & some hard....I'm in between!! I always used that saying everything in moderation is ok & sometimes when I'm out with friends & family, it's hard to resist some foods you know your not suppose to have...that's where I have to find a balance... My husband & I have a huge family with good cooks......
