Sounds like we are similar weight but I'm hoping you are really short cos if you're not then that means I'm overweight too.I know exercise is good for you but it's diet that will really help with weight loss.I'm abit of a chocoholic and if I completely deny myself then I start craving chocolate.So now I buy a small bar once a week and am able to limit myself to that.I don't drink soft drink and only have the occasional wine.My diet is fairly healthy but always room for improvement.Earlier in the year I went on the 5:2 diet and lost 2 kilos quickly but then had a lot of family stress so fell off the wagon.I will try it again as I found it easy to follow.Basically you eat what you want for 5 days(keeping to about 2,000 calories a day)then you restrict yourself to about 600 calories on the other 2 days(not consecutive days).So you really only have to count calories for 2 days and you can pick any 2 days that fit in with your week.Perhaps we should start up a diet group,have a weigh in spur each other on with ideas,recipes etc?
